Invisalign

Scottsdale, AZ premier Invisalign specialists, Dr. Rod Gore, uses Invisalign braces to straighten teeth to give patients the confidence of a great smile. Using a series of clear, virtually invisible aligners, Invisalign gently and gradually moves teeth based on a treatment plan prescribed by Dr. Gore.

Porcelain Veneers

Instead of several, small cosmetic dental procedures, consider custom porcelain veneers to make your teeth bright, even, and beautiful. Dentist Dr. Rod Gore helps patients improve their smile with thin, porcelain veneers that are bonded over the front of the teeth to conceal problems like cracks, chips, misalignment, and gaps between teeth.

Smile Makeover

Special occasions may call for a visit to see a dentist for a smile makeover. This service is especially popular for brides and grooms ready to tie the knot. Dr. Gore can use a number of options to improve a smile, such as with composite, tooth-colored tooth restorations, tooth whitening, dental veneers, or any other general or cosmetic dentistry procedure.

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a procedure where an artificial root or ‘anchor’ is placed in the bone where the tooth was lost. This gives Dr. Gore a secure ‘anchor’ to attach a beautiful, natural-looking porcelain crown to. Dental implants can also be a terrific option for patients who wear dentures and haven’t had teeth in many years.

Emergency Dentistry

Emergency dentistry is used to describe any sort of immediate dental care that a patient requires to resolve an issue. There are numerous dental issues that unexpectedly arise that need to be treated quickly, such as a toothache, a tooth that falls out, or issues with dental restorations. To get patients back to their normal activities as soon as possible Dr. Rod Gore offers a number of emergency dentistry options.

Sleep Apnea Treatment

Snoring can be more than annoying; snoring is a sign of sleep apnea, a medical condition that should be treated before it causes more serious problems. Sleep apnea happens when a person is laying down (typically at night) and their airway becomes constricted, which decreases the flow of oxygen to the body and causes the person to snore. Patients who have been diagnosed with or suspect they may have sleep apnea should schedule an appointment with Dr. Rod Gore to learn more about their treatment options.

Tooth Extraction

In cases where a tooth has failed and is beyond repair and is causing serious issues, tooth extraction may be warranted. During this procedure Dr. Rod Gore will carefully remove the tooth that is causing pain, discomfort, or is infected. After examining the tooth and looking at x-rays, Dr. Gore will determine if part of the tooth needs to be removed or the entire tooth.

Dental Crowns

When a tooth is extensively damaged from a fracture or decay, or the shape and/or function of a tooth needs improvement, a beautiful, porcelain crown may be recommended. A dental crown is a ‘shell’ of porcelain that is placed over a tooth to restore its function and appearance after the damaged structure is removed. In most cases, Dr. Gore is able to fabricate a ‘same day’ crown with the latest, advanced technology.

Home Teeth Whitening

To safely and effectively whiten your teeth at home or to maintain the results of your laser teeth whitening treatment, Dr. Rod Gore offers home teeth whitening kits. Each kit includes comfortable, custom-fit mouth trays that allow the prescription-strength bleaching gel to evenly whiten the teeth with each treatment.

Dental Cleanings

Although a proper at-home regimen is a necessity to maintain healthy teeth and gums, there’s only so much that a toothbrush and floss can accomplish. To reach and clean areas a toothbrush can’t, a dental cleaning is needed at least once a year. Dr. Rod Gore performs this routine procedure for patients of all ages.
